Home. Nice man

The on going global situation with CV-19 has effected people in many different ways I have responded to this by by offering more online therapy.

Life can also bring a wide range of experiences that feel overwhelming. This can leave one feeling as though there is nowhere to go.

Therapy can provide a space to consider and help with understanding there may be something going on from the past that needs attention or to look if there are other current setbacks leaving it very difficult to know what to do next.

With the appropriate support and understanding there is a chance of making sense of the confusion or uncertainty at this time.

I offer one to one therapy this can be open ended or time limited.

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist/ counsellor. This means I hold in mind the influences of the past, how and if any of this relates to the present and how this may influence the future.

I am bound by the BPC & FPC Code of Ethics and work within the stringent framework of client confidentiality at all times.

If after reading this you feel some of these things resonate for you and would like to take that first important step towards exploring what may be going on, then do contact me to make an appointment. I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with :
